By accessing or using SimpleLabOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
SimpleLabOS is a lab management platform designed for dental labs, repair shops, optical labs, and jewelry studios. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
CRITICAL NOTICE: SimpleLabOS is a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) designed solely for manufacturing workflow management. The AI-powered "Smart Shade" and "Quality Check" features are for manufacturing quality control purposes only (e.g., detecting surface defects).
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SIMPLELABOS IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE DIAGNOSTIC ADVICE OR TREATMENT PLANNING. It must NOT be used to diagnose dental pathologies or automatically design restorations without human verification. Final decisions regarding prosthesis design and shade selection are the sole responsibility of the qualified dental technician.
While SimpleLabOS employs Client-Side Encryption (AES-GCM) and strictly follows HIPAA Security Rules regarding technical safeguards, you (the Covered Entity or Business Associate) are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws. Using the platform to store Electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) typically requires a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Please contact our enterprise sales team to execute a BAA before storing real patient data.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall SimpleLabOS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
