Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect a card at signup so your lab keeps running when the trial ends, but the card is not charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. If the first charge was not intended, contact us and we will refund it.
What counts as a user seat?
Only lab staff. Starter includes 3 seats, Standard 10, and Pro is unlimited. The doctors you work with get free, unlimited logins to the doctor portal — inviting more dental offices never uses a seat or costs extra.
What happens if my case volume goes up?
Starter covers up to 150 cases a month and Standard up to 500; Pro is unlimited. You can move up or down a plan at any time from Settings → Billing, so you are never locked into a tier while your case volume changes.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
$0 setup and no annual contract. Plans are month to month (a yearly option is available if you prefer to prepay) and you can cancel any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Your own dental offices can also pay their invoices online by card, which is included on every plan.
