• Patient/Client Data: includes data entered by you regarding your lab's cases. Note: SimpleLabOS is built with a HIPAA-conscious architecture for dental laboratories; BAA terms can be discussed for eligible plans before you store protected health information.
• Usage Data: includes information about how you use our platform to improve workflows.

We will only use your data to provide and improve the SimpleLabOS service. We do NOT sell your data to third parties. Commonly, we use your data to:

• Process and manage your laboratory cases and orders.
• Generate invoices and facilitate payments (via Stripe).
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.
